Questions and answers
Find your way around our developer community.
Planning your first test? Our guide to closed testing on Google Play takes you from finding testers to collecting feedback.
What is Entwickler Test Network?
A community for solo developers and small teams who help each other test their Android apps. Our focus is real testing and clear, useful feedback.
How do I find testers for my Android app?
Sign up and introduce your app with a description, Android requirements and specific testing tasks. Other members can request to participate. You decide who to approve.
Do I need to sign up?
You can read public information without an account. You need an account to list your own apps, request to join tests or give feedback.
How does closed testing on Google Play work?
The developer chooses an email list or a Google Group. With an email list, the tester provides their Google Play address privately and the developer adds it in Play Console. With a Google Group, the tester joins the group first. In both cases, they must then separately opt in to the Google Play test.
Is my Google address public?
Only you and the relevant app developer can see the Google address you provide here for an email-list test. When joining a Google Group, that group’s visibility settings also apply.
Is Google approval guaranteed?
No. The community supports real testing and feedback. It guarantees neither a specific number of testers nor approval by Google. Confirming participation on our website is a self-declaration, not verification of testing days by Google.
